Celebration By The SeaChef Brett De Seguirant is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy with almost 30 years of culinary expertise, creating unique menus that reflect the love and passion of his local heritage. Born here, Chef Brett brings the flavors of Monterey County into each menu he personalizes for you.

Caron De Seguirant, also raised on the Monterey Peninsula, met Chef Brett at the California Culinary Academy while working towards her degree in meeting and event planning at San Jose State University. Caron was the event planner for the world-renowned Carmel Tomato Fest. She created the Celebrity Chef Golf Classic at Quail Lodge and is currently co-producing a private wedding fair slated to take place in May of 2007.

Deborah Smith is a caterer and the author of three cookbooks. She moved to Carmel in 1968, and has worked as the floral designer for the Del Monte Lodge in Pebble Beach and the Pine Inn in Carmel. She has also designed the decor for countless private events, including the annual Grenville Baker Boys and Girls Club Ball in New York, and holiday galas at Pebble Beach's Beach and Tennis Club.
